Messages you may see, and what to do.

#Could not reach TalentProfile

The popup shows Could not reach TalentProfile. Check your connection. Check your internet connection, then open the popup again.

#Sign-in took too long

Sign-in was not finished within 5 minutes. Click Sign in again and finish signing in on the TalentProfile tab.

#Not enabled on a site

The site is not supported out of the box. Click Enable here. See Sites.

#Permission denied

Chrome's access request was declined. Click Enable here again and click Allow.

#No fill button on the form

• Check that the site is supported or enabled. See Sites.
• If the form sits inside an embedded frame, enable it under Embedded forms on this page:.
• Use Fill visible fields in the popup instead.

#A field was not filled

Read the result in the popup. See Read the result. Fill the field yourself or use the picker. Your answer is saved for next time.

#A value is out of date

The extension keeps a copy of your profile for up to 5 minutes. Open the popup, click the gear icon, then click Refresh profile.

#The picker does not open

• Assign a key to Open TalentProfile picker on focused field. It has no default key. See Shortcuts.
• Click into a field first. The picker opens on the focused field.
• Check that the site is supported or enabled.

#Frames didn't respond

Part of the page did not answer the fill request. Reload the page and fill again.
